The Android Developers Challenge is a HUGE success with Google having received 1,788 from over 70 countries. Apparently coders taser gun for women are crammers with time running out, Google started receiving Android App entries for a price of 170 each hour!
Now it is a pointer in the 100+ judges to begin the process reviewing each submission and deciding which 50 should have the pepper spray keychain $25,000 to keep on development. And if not… there is no reason the application cant still hit the mainstream.
It are going to be interesting to see if these submissions/companies are slowly lost across the coming days/weeks or if theyll still just want to protect their proprietary information and remain developing in private. We'd choose to former so cmon guys give us some juicy apps to peek at!
Congratulations to everyone the developers who had been in the position to set up a project and submit towards the Android Developers Challenge. I envy you… and you are clearly the reason why Android Stands out as the mobile revolution. Thats a heckuva thing to end up being pleased with.
